Moor kuzhambu Recipe
Moor kuzhambu is a quite popular recipe among Tam Brahmins community.Its pretty much equal to a maharashtrian khadi however completely different ingredients goes in with a different taste all together.

Ingredients
For the cocunut paste:
Coconut half cup
Toor dhal 1 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Green chillies 3
For the tadka:
Oil
Mustard seeds
Red chilles
Fenugreek seeds half tsp
For the kuzhambu:
Okra(Ladies Finger)
Buttermilk 1 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt required
Hing 1 tsp
Curry leaves handful
How to make:
Soak all the mentioned. Ingredients above for making the coconut paste.
After half an hour drain the water and grind to smooth.
Add little coconut oil and fry the okra till crisp
Now to the butter milk add all the above and bring to a boil.
Once bubbling in the sides switch of flame and give tadka.
Cover quickly for all the flavours to retain inside the vessel.
Serve this delicious moor kuzhambu with any vegetable added usili curry today am serving with capsicum usili curry
