Authentic Millet veggie momos

Chinese restaurant to taste momos why not make it at home espically healthier
version using millets..trust me taste never gets compromised using millet so
why to wait lets start the process of how to make healthy delicious momos using
millets.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Receipe Type: Snack,starters
Ingredients :
Mixed millet flour(Samai,varagu)- 1 cup
Maida(All purpose flour)- 1 cup
Sunflower oil- 2 tsp
Spring Onions green- half cup
Spring onions- half cup
Carrots- half cup
French beans- half cup
Cabbage- half cup
Capsicum- half cup
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Lite soya sauce- 1 tsp
Sugar- half tsp
Salt/pepper
Preparation method:
Step1:Take millet flour and all purpose
flour in equal proportion add pinch of salt and prepare a dough using little
water and keep aside.let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Taking a frying pan heat it add little oil sorte the all the veggies
onions,spring onions green,carrots,cabbage,capsicum,French beans .
Step 3:
Add vinegar,soya sause,salt,pepper and sugar and fry a little…once its
done let it cool down.
Step4:
Once the veggies are cooled down take the dough make it like a small pori
shapes and ffill the stuffing and shape it as per your choice.
Step4:
keep ildi steamer in the gas and let the water boil once its done keep
the plates greased with butter and place the momos for steaming. It can be left
for 15 to 20 mintes.
Step5:
yippie…your delicious veggie hot momos are ready to be served…I can bet
you taste we an achieve similar to the outside Chinese outlets may be even
better..;-)
